IELTS COURSES
I.

1.) IELTS Guarantee

This intensive course prepares students for both the general and academic modules of the IELTS Test.
With a target band score in mind, students attend classes on reading, writing, speaking, listening,
grammar, and vocabulary for at least twelve weeks to develop competence and confidence in taking the
test.

2.) IELTS Regular
Like the IELTS Guarantee, this course prepares students for the IELTS Test modules. With no target
band score, the students can fully take advantage of the flexible period of study; that is, they can
take classes on reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and vocabulary for at least four
weeks.

3.) Pre-IELTS
This is a preparatory course for the IELTS Regular and Guarantee. By taking IELTS and ESL classes,
students will be equipped for the challenges of the Regular or Guarantee course.

II.
1.) IELTS Man-to-Man classes
The focus of these classes is to address the key areas of Listening, Reading, Writing, and
Speaking for both Academic and General Training Modules in a more personalized level. The
teachers assess the students’ English language proficiency and test-taking abilities to effectively
address strengths and weaknesses. Man-to-man teachers make frequent adjustments to match
the student’s progress. In addition, each session aims to equip students with varied strategies
and ample practice to apply previously learned concepts.

2.) IELTS Small Classes
Vocabulary, Grammar, Speaking and Useful Expressions group classes are tailored to provide
students with knowledge, fluency, and lexical resource to each of the IELTS skill through
intensive coursework. The goal for these classes is to strengthen the student’s foundational
skills in the areas of grammar, vocabulary including useful expressions, as well as speaking.
Each session offers an in-depth analysis of the language that can best be applied through
interactive activities.

3.) IELTS Clinic
This class is designed to equip students with skills and to give them confidence in taking the
IELTS test whether the General test or the Academic test. Students can master the different
sections of the test through in-depth instructions and exam techniques. Then they apply the
techniques through taking the weekly three-hour mock tests that cover all skills of reading,
writing, speaking, and listening. After each mock test, the teachers provide students with
corrective techniques on how to address challenging points of the test. For subjective areas,
students will be exposed to genuine speaking and writing samples to enable them to grasp
varied effective ways to improve scores for the upcoming tests.

4.) Self-Writing
The materials for this class are designed to develop students ‘familiarity to the IELTS writing
prompts and to build their confidence in responding to them. Although students complete the
task with little or no assistance, the IELTS Writing teachers constantly check the student’s work
providing immediate feedback and opportunities to apply recently learned concepts and
strategies.
